Professional eligibility
DAA Medic is for qualified dental professionals and healthcare organisations, not patients seeking diagnosis or treatment. Anyone accepting these Terms for an organisation confirms authority to bind it.
Drafts, not clinical decisions
The service edits and translates notes but does not diagnose or prescribe. A clinician must verify facts, tooth numbers, diagnoses, medicines, doses, allergies, procedures, materials, consents and recommendations. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Patient data and permitted use
Follow healthcare, confidentiality, data-protection and professional rules. Do not enter direct identifiers and minimise data. Automated clinical decisions, emergency care, impersonation, unauthorised testing, bypassing limits and interference with security are prohibited.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate information, protect credentials and report compromise. We may suspend access to protect users or patients, investigate abuse or comply with law.
Price and ownership
The current public version is free: we collect no card details and there are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. Limits may change. A charge requires a separate explicit purchase under updated terms. Our software, brand and documentation remain ours or our licensors'; users receive a limited internal-use right.
Privacy, availability and liability
The Privacy Notice describes data processing. The service is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, clinical correctness or suitability for a jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability for the free version is limited to EUR 100; we are not liable for indirect loss or use of an unreviewed draft.
Termination and law
Users may stop and delete their account. We may terminate access for a material breach or immediate security, legal or patient-safety risk. Estonian law applies and Tallinn courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
